We offer several different support packages starting with
a Basic Managed Services Package to our Custom Managed Services Package
which allows you to add additional support to the Basic Package making
sure that you get the support you need and are not paying for extras.
The Basic Remote Managed Service Package consists of: performing
routine maintenance on the servers, verify backups, install patches, fixes
and service packs.
Additional Choices in the Custom Managed Services Package include:
Office Computers: Remote desktop support for all your PC's in the
office, includes network diagram of your computers, annual cleaning,
virus updates and scanning, spyware removal and security updates.
Routers: Router maintenance includes backing up configuration, network
diagram of current infrastructure, IOS patches and security fixes. Cisco
and 3COM routers are our specialty.
Firewall: Firewall maintenance includes backup of configuration,
network diagram of network infrastructure with IP addresses, subnet masks
and DMZ, includes security scan for potential weaknesses. Our specialists
are trained in Checkpoint Firewall 1, Zonealarm, PIX, BorderWare and
Border Manager.
